Cervejaria Traquina - Bragança

I had a very good lunch in this restaurant. The prices are very good and the food was good. I tried the francesinha and it was good. The atmosphere was also good with a nice service. A good place to eat well without spending too much money.

Cervejaria Traquina is more of a restaurant but keep several tables free for the casual drinker. It is a smart place with attractive brick walls and smart furniture. We only came in for beers but, tempted by previous reviews, we decided to sample the Bacalhau a Bras, which is prepared with fried matchstick potatoes (like thin French fries), pieces of salt cod and egg We said that we both wanted the same dish and ordered two, but the waiter advised that one was enough for us both. He was right and, despite our best efforts, we couldn’t quite finish it. It was filling and very tasty. While we were there, most people were ordering the francesina, which is clearly popular and it certainly looked very good indeed. The bottom line is that this is a cracking bar for beer and traditional food, and if you are only in Braganca for a limited time and can only go to one place, you should make it this one.

As francesinhas são boas, não são nada de especial e para quem está habituado ao sabor da típica, acha esta bastante diferente, o molho não é nada de especial, é apenas diferente e o pão é típico. Contudo não deixa de ser um sítio bom para comer.

Jantei francesinha, e achei muito fraca. Molho sem sabor, sem picante as carnes de fraca qualidade.O atendimento é Qb.
