What jessica-v-lichy doesn't like about Salao De Cha Lusitana:
Quick lunch is what we needed and quick lunch is what we got…. Industrially produced food and warm beer. Too many people smoking next to us however, even though we were seated outside. Fast service and friendly staff. It was “ok” by English standards but definitely not worth it (by Portuguese standards)! View all feedback.
We stopped off here for lunch, friendly staff, nice atmosphere, and very good food, well worth a visit.
Past food. Beautiful environment but not pleasant. very expensive and the staff rude. Location that does not return and I do not recommend. It only has appearance.
This area is very close to Jardim de Santa Bárbara. If you want to feel the downtown enviroment of Braga and taste one of the most traditional cakes of the city (Tíbias da Lusitana), don't miss this place.
Busy place but managed to get a table. Quite hard to draw the attention of the few waiters but the most dissapointing part was the food. The advertised dish of the day which we came for did not exist, although still advertised at the entrance but we gladly picked their suggested speciality which was the Bacalhau, as well as a Bife Pimenta. The Bacalhau, apart from overpriced and full of bones, was below par compared to the too many Bacalhaus we have enjoyed living in Portugal for years. Most of the plate was also covered with cheap potatoes, same as the Bife Pimenta which must have been the worse Bife I've ever had badly cooked and 50% totally unedible due to the fat and thick fibres, although all nicely hidden under a thick white sauce. , The big peaces of fat were simply not possible to cut by knife or pick up with a fork. Better we spent the 17€ per dish anywhere else but there. We didn't stay for desert, not only because of the spoiled mood but also after surprisigly seeing the Portuguese people in the table next to us leaving both their cakes completely untouched. Lastly, the prices are different for sitting inside and outside.

Bathroom is very clean.
