Placed an online order and was given a pick of time of 15 minutes from the time I ordered. When I got there I went inside for them to tell me that they were out of fried rice and it would be 10 minutes before there would be more. Considered I placed my order more than 15 minutes ago at this point, I don't see why they didn't react to being low/out of rice and start making more when it was getting low. They asked me if I wanted to wait for the rice originally. I said yes, then the cook said 10 to 15 minutes. I was already waiting long enough at this time, so I just said to forget it. I'll take double noodles just so I could leave. No apology no nothing.
The food was delicious, although there was a slight wait. However, it was hot and fresh, making the 20-minute wait worth it.
