I had to wait 40 minutes for my order at this restaurant. However, I appreciated that the manager personally took charge to clean the floors and ensure customer satisfaction. The floors looked nice afterwards. Unfortunately, I did not receive a military discount, unlike at other restaurants, and the meal was just average. From the moment we entered, it was chaos. There were about ten people in the lobby, and the only worker moved at a slow pace, making the whole process frustrating. My partner and I almost left because of the disorganization, but we toughed it out and waited in line. Almost every time I go to this place and get teriyaki huh they never give me the Teriyaki sauce. who wants dry chicken without sauce? they also give me the wrong sides about half the time.
Ordered online with a half hour lead time. Was also picking up an order for my parents who gave 45 minutes lead time. Still had to wait 20 minutes past our pickup time to get our food. What was the point in ordering ahead?
Service was terrible, these girls were not doing anything while there was a super long line in the drive threw. I was just standing their waiting to get my food inside and they were just ignoring me like I wasn’t their. Super unprofessional and we’re on their phones while everyone else was cooking and making food for the drive threw line. This dude was doing everything and even took care of me while they were just slacking. The Dude was super nice and is the only reason it isn’t a zero star review. Props for the dude and disappointed on the lazy workers that didn’t help others and ignored me. I was 2ft away from them. I waited like 10 mins just standing there till I got noticed.
Ordered fried rice and asked if they had fresh orange chicken. Also asked for soy sauce. The fried rice was sticky and flavorless. And I had no soy sauce to liven it up. And the orange chicken was not fresh. The man at the window was very nice but I’m disappointed in the food.
Food was fresh and delicious! They could definitely use improvements on portions. It's like getting a bag of chips...that container needs to be packed to the point ya gotta sit in it to close it
