Burger King - Bradley

This restaurant experience was disappointing. The service was subpar, with a child working and struggling to keep up. The manager or owner was nowhere to be found. We ordered two of the 2/$5 breakfast sandwich deals with ice coffee, but ended up with slushie drinks instead due to a broken machine. The sandwiches were poorly made, with slim eggs, hard sausage, and greasy packaging. I even witnessed the staff improvising sandwiches by adding extra meat to old ones. My daughter's breakfast seemed to be the only thing made fresh. The coffee I ordered was not only cold and stale, but it also had a strange chemical taste. I tried to wash it out with a Coke Zero, only to find the drink dispenser was empty. I felt sick afterwards and had to call the health department. The way this restaurant is run is concerning and could potentially make someone seriously ill.

The experience was awful. My sandwich was made incorrectly, they ignored my phone call, and were unable to process a refund on the computer. When I inquired about the manager's name, one employee claimed not to know. I have no intentions of returning.

I have had enough experiences to know that I should just find another place to eat. I only came here for the French toast sticks. Unfortunately, they were out of them again, so I settled for the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. It's hit or miss whether they get it right. To make matters worse, they forgot to give me the drink I paid for, which I didn't realize until I left. The hash browns were also undercooked. Overall, there is room for improvement. If you have a business, do it well.

Burger royal uses! the ppl who work there are complete idiots, unrespectful. mcdonald’s must get the recipes of buger king. they are so much better

I try to keep an open mind that this location will be better next time. But after several failed trips... wrong order given... not enough staffing...register down, closed early.... I'm done. I would love just to receive my order correctly... for once.
