Applebee's Grill - Bradley

I recently dined with my 3-year-old granddaughter at this restaurant. The food was satisfactory, but the service was lacking. The waitress spent more time gossiping about personal matters than attending to the customers. I had to wait for my drink while she chatted with another table. When it came time to pay, she took my card and disappeared for a long time. She mentioned something about confusing my bill with someone else's, resulting in an $80 charge on my card. This was unprofessional and frustrating. I will not be returning to this establishment.

I was not satisfied with the food I received at this restaurant. I ordered a chicken fajita but it was flat instead of rolled. I also ordered onion rings but received fries instead. Additionally, when I finally received the onion rings, they were overcooked. The restaurant complained about not having enough staff and asked for patience, but the place was crowded and there were only a few servers. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

The service was excellent and the food was amazing. The server was the best we've ever had at any restaurant. Definitely recommend Applebee's. Total for two people with tip was $30.00.

3 different people asked for my water, was finally brought along and said that she was no longer our waitress. no big thing. the waitress never checked us after we got to eat, asked for steaksoße, never that. not very friendly. very disappointing after they don't eat here in a few years. visit this place again.

Food was really good but with 2 people in a basically em p ty restaurant they keep putting us in the far left corner table for 2 right under the heater or air conditioner. It's noisy and food gets cold fast from the blowing right on us. This time I refused and got a dirty look.
