The chicken was tough like leather, the batter was terrible, and it seemed like they were either reheated or frozen. Overall, it was a disgusting experience.

We don't typically order takeout often, but wanted a Chinese option delivered to us about once a month, so we decided to try the Orient. Our first few experiences were not great as the chips were always stale and not fresh. After complaining, the quality improved sporadically. Some meals were good, while others were disappointing. Unfortunately, the meal I had last night was terrible. The main dish was okay, but the chips were still reheated and the onion rings were dry and inedible. I voiced my concerns and the Orient offered to replace the food, but we have ultimately decided to stop ordering from them due to their inconsistency. It's a shame because when the food is good, it's really good, but serving reheated food from the previous day is unacceptable and will only result in losing customers.

It was definitely not a two person 'meal ' in any sense of the word. It was nothing more than a snack! I feel ripped off and will not be ordering from this restaurant. The food was not fresh as it arrived on my doorstep within 5 minutes of being ordered. I called the restaurant and they couldn 't care less. They were not concerned to receive a bad review. It was a case of 'tough '.
