I ordered food online for three people and paid with my card. I received an email confirmation that they received my order and were preparing the food. However, after waiting for a long time, the food never arrived and they did not answer the phone. The service was terrible, and I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. If I could, I would give them 0 stars.
I ordered a mixed starter for £9 and was disappointed by the poor portion size. The food was easily the worst I have ever had and I ended up throwing most of it away. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.
Was going to order but quickly changed my mind. Pulled up in the car park behind to get some drinks from the shops before going nafees. The back door was open and what I whitenesses was shocking. The person in the kitchen showed no form of hygiene, dropped food on the floor and continued to prepare it and he did this whilst smoking a cigarette in the kitchen. I wouldn’t recommend anyone eat from there!!
The desserts are delicious, but the service is absolutely dreadful. The staff is rude and lacks basic manners.
Shocking shocking service ordered food for delivery then phone up they say collection then agree to deliver and ring back very abusive on the phone will never use this place
