Gotta give it a 5 Star best KFC in the country. I've visited my fare share. Nothings too much trouble and the staff are great. A short drive down to Caverley lane nice stop off to watch the day go by.
Terrible service staff didn’t greet me or seem care what I had to say. Should have been given an extra paper bag to carry my food in a rainy weather. My bag handle broke as I was walking on my way home on a rainy day no extra bag was provided or alternative for me to use and felt very upset with my experience at this store but I did get 10 pieces of chicken instead of 14 with the chips but I felt like this could have been prevented if they provided me with a plastic bag or double the paper bag. Even two paper bags aren’t strong enough as you can see from the picture I don’t think I’m ever coming back to this store again.
The staff was inadequate and the food was awful. I regretted coming into the restaurant and even considering having lunch here.
I waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes just to get a large Pepsi. I was extremely thirsty and they tried to charge me £20! Luckily, they ended up comping the drink for me. Very considerate of them.
