T... read more I went to KFC at Broadway in Bradford and was disappointed with the slow service. They didn't provide any salt for the chips and also didn't give any napkins. The only condiment available was packet tomato ketchup, there was no barbecue sauce available.

I've been trying to call for an hour but nobody answers the phone, so I can't address the issue. It seems like they're either going out of business soon or run by a really bad franchisee. KFC is not doing a good job at maintaining its reputation. Also, the food was cold.

There were... read more I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The food tasted burnt, as if the oil needed to be changed, and yet it was served cold. There were long queues and overflowing bins. The staff, although pleasant, seemed rushed and overwhelmed. A group of noisy older teenagers were swearing and causing a disturbance, which contributed to our decision to leave quickly. The toilets and the restaurant floor were dirty, most likely due to the rowdy group's behavior. Overall, this was not a pleasant dining experience.
