That is a beautiful place to relax. the ambiente is so beautiful with the decoration and lighting. the staff and the manager are very friendly. music is on the spot and not played loudly, so they hear each other the conversation. there is a good selection of refreshments and desserts. I am impressed how beautiful the desi tee is and love the harrogate water that comes in a glass bottle. well thought in terms of fresh compared to the use of plastic bottles. the shisha was really good. the staff has been very attentively reviewing us and the coals have changed regularly. one of the best shisha lounges I was on. great experience, will be back and highly recommended.
Beautiful location. decorated beautiful. the ambiente is beautiful and not dirty environments or people. customer service was literally 5.* the staff was very friendly and helpful. all nice crispy. I enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back and recommend my friends
Came to Bradford for a business. After a bite to eat, I saw some Shisha spots on to go. this place has many good reviews, so I thought I would give them a shot. We went in soon. first impressions very clean and up to today modern space with brick exposed walls. the first person we saw recommended the taste of Irn-Bru and skittles, which was really smooth and tasty. I have some desserts and ice cream, which was also very delicious. with some mint tee to wash it. the atmosphere was relaxed and cooled with friendly attentive staff who regularly check on them to make sure everything is in order. also the coal is checked more regularly than any other Shisha place I was at. great experience. will be back again, and definitely recommend
STAFF ARE AMAZING! Good service!!! Loved how they kept checking up on us, the dessert was 100 out of 10 definitely gave me back to school vibe! Would recommend going there because the atmosphere is calm, friendly the staff there are kind, respectful full of laughs! Also the shisha is up to standard however you want it!! #ace
Drinks are cold, vibe is great and seating is comfy. We have come here twice now and both times the staff were attentive and making sure our experience is perfect. The shishas were full of flavour and lasted the whole of our time there. Drinks did take 20 mins longer than the shishas to be brought out to us but for a Friday night I expect that is common with how popular (but surprisingly not over crowded) Junoon seems to be.
