Consistently good food. Jani's offers a wide range of curries,are consistently good and are reliable. The fish masala starter is often served (but not always) on a sizzler platter, when it is it is excellent. The grilled lamb chops are reliably tasty, juicy and very moreish. There is a huge range of main courses, the Shah Jahan and the lamb sizzler are very tasty. Well recommended. View all feedback.

We went for a two course meal there which took 2.5 hours to deliver. The food was bland. the drinks were very expensive and the staff were abrupt. We will never go back there again. View all feedback.

I have always enjoyed dining at Janis and have missed it during the COVID-19 lockdown. During isolation, I have ordered takeaway for two and found it to be excellent. Today, I ordered takeaway with two friends for a great variety of dishes. Due to our age and vulnerability, we opted for delivery instead of dining in. The ordering process was easy, the menu options were fantastic, the service was prompt and on time, the food was well-packaged and hot, and our friends were very happy with their meals. The portions were generous and the quality was top-notch. Unlike some places, the ratio of main ingredients to sauce was not lacking here. The spices were perfectly balanced, offering a great depth of flavor and the option for mildness or heat. Thank you to everyone at Janis for consistently doing a great job.

I just ordered takeout from Jani's, a restaurant I've frequented many times before. I ordered the lamb saag, Asian style, and it was absolutely amazing. Please convey my sincere compliments to the chef, the meal was delicious!
