Well, we decided to walk from Bingley to 3 rise locks and then 5 rise locks. It was quite a warm day and we were pleased to see the cafe at the top open. Lovely and friendly welcome from the staff. We had ice creams and sat outside. Very pleasant. Quite a few people eating from the menu. Prices seemed very reasonable and food looked delicious. If you're walking the towpath, stop and treat yourself. View all feedback.
What Will Green doesn't like about Five Rise Locks And:
We stopped at a café during a leisurely stroll along the canal. The café was not too crowded, and the service was friendly. We ordered a chicken and bacon salad, as well as a feta and olive salad. We visited Five Rise Curls, not realizing there was a cafe there. We were pleased to find the café and enjoyed a beautiful latte and hot chocolate. The caramel chocolate brownie was also delicious. We look forward to eating there again. The menu is extensive and affordable, with fast and friendly service. Despite a chilly day, the café wasn't too busy. We returned for dinner and enjoyed a tasty English breakfast for a good value at £5.90 (before 12:30). We were very happy with the food and service.
Perfect place to enjoy a delicious jacket kartoffel, marshfield eis and a very tasteful drink plant
Great bacon sandwich! I'd score 5 stars if the cappucinos were a bit bigger. They taste good but are on the small side. Nice friendly place.
Locks very impressive and worth the visit. After try the cafe which serves very good coffee.
A beautiful country walk and fascinating afternoon watching the locks. The food was plentiful, and good at the café, and the staff were friendly, and efficient.
