Considering the place was empty when we went in as a family. The till chap had his friends in and the tables were filthy. Then when asked to get the table clean... read more Considering the place was empty when we went in as a family. The till chap had his friends in and the tables were filthy. Then when asked to get the table cleaned he soaked the table with some pink liquid which after he'd wiped still had pink residue all over when we used tissues to clean ourselves too. Then when the food comes after 23 minutes (we were the only order they actually had... the chicken cheese steak was actually really tangy... When complaining about a previous order they messed up not even an apology or offer to resolve the last issue... Icing OK the cake was when my wife complained about the state of the toilets and the till guy goes with the same table cleaning equipment to clean the toilet with. Then comes back and sits on his phone. Final point is why does the chef feel the need to eat off a chopping board when there are no orders to do and that too right in front view of where customers can see... I'd hate to see what goes on back there if that's the case. Really won't be going back again...

The signature fries were more than double the price of other takeaways and you get less than half the portion size. The same was true for the curly fries, with small portions and higher cost. The Godzilla burger had a foul smell, making it inedible. The chicken burgers were overcooked and dry, with a burnt taste. The burgers were soggy and difficult to eat. This was our first and last time ordering from this restaurant.

I have experience working in food retail, but this place is just terrible. The girl at the register was nice, but the food was not good at all. The kids' burger was extremely small, like finger food, and when we asked about it, they told us we could pay extra for a larger burger. Seriously? We already paid a lot for a tiny burger. The Philly cheese fries were disappointing, with bland steak and a cheese slice on top. The other burger was soggy and covered in a weird white sauce. The burger bun was wet and fell apart. To top it off, there was a hair in my chips. When we complained, the staff didn't take it seriously and even asked for more money. Think twice before eating here.
