This restaurant offers all you can eat for dine in or take out.We normally take out and usually order a combo part tray for variety cost usually about $45-$50.Food has been delicious and delivered in good time usually while we wait so 10-15 minutes.Orders made fresh while you wait.A good medium size restaurant with lots of parking in a new mall.I recommend for sushi if in East Gwillumbury.3.5 5 stars.PH View all feedback.

Would give 0 if i could. Everything was so bad, the service, the food, etc. Said it’s lunch time so we would have to pay 23.99 but it charged 45 because apparently it was dinner but said it was lunch and also automatically put a tip. The chicken was also undercooked and stuff. Will never come back and don’t recommend you to. Charged extra because we didn’t finish the chicken teriyaki but it was undercooked so obvious... First time there. All you can eat dinner. Really good food!! Service was polite and quick. We didn't have to wait long for our orders to be brought to the table. I look forward to coming back.
Tldr; good food, clean and newly renovated, staff unaccommodating. Recommend for short small visits, not groups or parties.Akita sushi is a go to place for many, especially myself and my business clients in Woodbridge and Bradford. I am happy to leave a 5 star but have a personal experience that can’t let me add that last star;1) Understaffed and unprepared : I called a week in advance to book ~50 people. After three phone calls (I knew they didn’t believe me as they didn’t ask for upfront payment or reservation), they were unprepared and understaffed for us on a Monday night.2) Unaccommodating : I mentioned as a special request, to deal with my clients who came that day as regular customers. I am not responsible for their bills. They agreed (in words, but didn’t really listen to my request), and the dinner went on. Sure enough, a family of two (friends of my clients) slipped out unnoticed by their staff. I was forced to pay for them after saying no three times and warning them of this possibility ahead of time.I waited two months to leave this review, as I figured they would call a long time returning customer back who brings large parties on their off days to help local businesses, after leaving disgruntled.
Thought we’d try it out even though the reviews were mostly poor. Found they only delivered half of our order each time, left us sitting there waiting with no food coming multiple times. There was no wasabi or ginger, never had our water filled up. Food was inconsistent, for example we ordered wonton soup twice and it tasted different both times. Not the service you could typically expect from an all you can eat sushi restaurant.
Sushi is always fresh and at a great price. Pick up order you get 10 percent
Tried this place out because of the updated reviews…sadly, it’s not a place I will order from again. The rolls had very little fish in them, the meats were mediocre, and I was not greeted when I entered. I was really hoping to have a good experience, but I cannot say I would eat here or ordered here again if I wanted good
