Wheat Water Italian Kitchen - Bradenton

This is my Go2 Italian restaurant in Bradenton. There are very few restaurants in the area that provide the kind of consistency and service I long for. Wheat and Water is one of them. My favorite there is the eggplant Parm along with their delicious house made pasta and bread that comes with it. The servers are fabulous and I want to give a special mention to Nick who is always there to welcome you with a smile!

We came tonight just before closing and our wonderful genuine server Alicia said we were good and there was no rush. The cannoli was my favorite. We had the Bronzini it was good The pasta was just ok. How can I forget the bread!! Ohh my so good. I would return because of the service!

I don't usually like the shopping mall restaurant vibe, but I was surprised. The food, service and owner attentiveness made up for my apprehension. The food was spot on; fresh, flavorful and presentation was perfect. Bread was really good, main course was flavorful and the atmosphere surprised me. Well be back.

Very good Italian crusine. We had a party of eight. I entirely too much of their delicious fresh baked bread. My lasagna entree was large enough for two people. My friends split a gluten-free entree, and they said it was very good. Everyone was happy with their food. The service was impeccable. Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options. Parking: Parking is at the restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to access with wheelchair.

Way to expensive for the size of servings...limited menu...won't be back
