Wawa - Bradenton

Fantastic staff! Tonett is always there to kickstart my morning with her drinks. She's quick, energetic, and it's clear that she loves what she does! When the beverage station screen went down, Mark and Tonett immediately sprang into action, handling everything with great professionalism. Absolutely a must-visit!

If I hadn’t been there to help cover the $20 for gas, that customer would have had to wait 24 hours to receive a refund. When I asked the employee why they couldn’t just help the customer and provide them with the fuel they had paid for, they were dismissive and rude to me as well, suggesting that the customer should just go elsewhere. As a regular patron of this gas station, I am really disappointed by this experience and the overall behavior of the staff. I won’t be returning, as I’ve encountered this kind of rudeness several times before.

This particular Wawa is a reliable gas station that offers food options for those days when you prefer not to cook and want something affordable and convenient. My only issue is that there should be a more effective way to inform customers about pick-up orders. I once waited for 5 to 10 minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff before someone finally asked for my order number and handed it to me. It’s unclear how we’re supposed to know when our order is ready when it’s kept behind the counter.

We were in your business today 5/10/22 and were greeted by an awesome employee named Dallas in a happy voice and asked if we need help there. We tried to use the ordering screens and screwed up again and again, but Dallas took our food and just made our day. How blessed WaWa is to have such employees. I don't know if you have employees of the month, etc. but Dallas definitely has our voice thank you!!

Placed an order on the app for a bfast burrito. The receipt verifies what I ordered in the app, sausage, avocado and Chipotle sauce. The burrito ended up having bacon, no avocado, spinach, and no chipotle. What was the point of asking me how I wanted it made if you're just going to throw on whatever you want. It was hot and fresh, so that's worth 1 star I guess.
