The words to describe Poppos and its employees would be outstanding, kind, and hard working. James and Emily represent the company beyond 5 stars, their are very few people who i have seen who work harder while maintaining a great attitude. Keep it up???? View all feedback.
I love that they now offer the option to add guacamole! For some reason, it wasn't available until recently. The service is quick, efficient, and the food is delicious!
The carne asada was slightly overcooked, but overall, everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. The chips were warm and perfectly salted—not stale at all. I will definitely be ordering from here again.
The food is delicious, but the quantity and quality can be inconsistent. Sometimes the order is spot on, while other times they might forget an item, undercook the chips, or serve smaller burrito bowls. It's best to place your order early in the evening. Typically, if you order earlier, everything will be just right and the portion sizes will be generous. However, if you order closer to closing time, you might receive smaller portions because the staff is trying to wrap things up and may be feeling fatigued. For the best experience, aim to place your order around 5 or 5:30 PM.
