Was there tonight. I ordered what I thought was southern fried chicken, what came out was chicken fried chicken. The sweet waitress took it back and made it right even though it was my fault. She was lovely! Handled it so perfectly! Thank you Shannon for being just so wonderful. You are a gem! I hope you get only wonderful things in your life. Thank you

I’ve came a few nights this week for a glass of wine. I’m staying at a hotel behind the Cracker Barrel. Tonight, my server is Suzy!! She’s wonderful. I haven’t had one bad experience coming to this establishment. I’m here for the rest of the week. I’ll be coming back for the great service! I’m in Sarasota Florida.

My girlfriend is visiting from Indiana and took me out for dinner to my favorite place to eat and we had a enjoyable time. The atmosphere was comforting, our waitress was very helpful and checked on us often with great customer service, and the store was my favorite part of all because they have best gifts you can buy for your friends and family. Awesome food, great customer service, and shopping all in one place, that's why I enjoy it and always will.

From the front door to the register, this Cracker Barrel KNOW Customer Service. Roberta, our waitress was phenomenal. I never had an empty coffee mug. She anticipated our needs and was fast on the return. Thanks alot. You can easily be turned off by food chains, but this one is really on top of their game!
