I had the most wonderful experience from service to my food, everything was as it should be. My server Adam was great, the whole team was great. And big espresso after my meal was cherry up. Thank you and stop the great work.

Absolutely delicious! The best Italian food in town, hands down. The atmosphere is elegant, yet comfortable and the service was fast and attentive. Drinks were refilled without asking and food came in time. I had the pork chops and the spaghetti/lamb meatballs and both were absolutely phenomenal. If you're looking for a good meal, you've found your dinner spot. 10 stars if I could!

Excellent for a very dedicated Italian dinner. All records around us were amazing, with great presentation and care. All flavors are incredible. Simple but very good wine list. Papardelle bolognese is a statement and compares with the Amici in downtown. Spaghetti with lamb meatball is also a must you should try. Come and enjoy one of the great Italian meals in Lakewood Ranch.

Cassariano is my Fiancé and I discovered for the first time tonight. We went to another favorite place of ours, but decided to go and taste this restaurant. When we entered, we commented on how busy it was for a Monday evening. We were greeted by a young man who let us sit right away. The atmosphere was Cozy still upscale and the clientele reflected that. Our waiter was strange; when we started asking several questions about the menu, he was of course polite, but seemed like he was distracted or in a hurry. When we asked more detailed questions about the specials, he repeated the words he used when he first reminded them of us. He didn't have much of a personality. This was unlike the Vibrant personality we saw in other waiting staff. Then he said when we ordered, he was kind enough to bring warm rolls with an artichoke and some butter. These rolls were absolutely delicious!!! I'd just go back for them! Our Entrées were good. The desert was just okay. It wasn't bad. Just different. We come back to try some of the other items on the menu. That was hard to evaluate! For me this place has a Glowing 3 stars; or a dim 4!

Highly recommend Cassariano. 4 of us all had different appetizers and entrees all of them were very good. Simple not fussy, fresh, full of flavor. Cocktails good, wine list good, service good, great manager consistently checking on every table. Wonderful addition to Lakewood ranch. We did not try any desserts on this visit
