Buffalo Wild Wings - Bradenton

The restaurant was not busy at all. We waited 39 minutes after being seated before our drink order was taken. However, the waitress spent several minutes talking with 2 tables as if they were her friends. The person at the drink station picked up a lemon wedge for a drink with their fingers, no tongs were used. An hour after being seated, our pretzel bite appetizer was brought to the table. More than an hour after being seated, our orders of a chicken strip sandwich and an overcooked grilled chicken sandwich were finally brought out. The fries were cold and the chicken sandwich was barely edible. The waitress spoke with the manager and we were not charged for the meal. Thankfully, as it definitely wasn't worth the money. I can't imagine how long it would take if the restaurant was busier. We will not be returning.

We ordered wings and split the order. The service was very good and the prices were reasonable. The wings were delicious. I do have one warning: my son ordered the spiciest wings, and even though he can handle very hot food, he found them to be a challenge. Make sure you can handle it if you order the hottest wings. By the way, if you split the order like we did, they will include more than one flavor in the order.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. I put in an order and waited over 2 hours to get my food and the majority of my order was wrong. They had a nice young man working at the To-Go counter, but they did not train him well as he had a hard time working the computer to take my order. Only one server who kept stopping by to tell us it's almost done, and that one if the cooks quit. I say we as there was another guest who had waited 3 hours for their order. All this waiting on our food, yet the server was able to seat 4 separate tables all of whom got their food and left WHILE WE WAITED!! So they definitely were not worried about our to-go orders. Oh and they dumped sauce in the boxes which made them soggy and let food and sauce fall out into the plastic bag which ripped and leaked in my vehicle. Not to mention when I finally sat down to eat, ALL of my wings were covered in the hottest sauce, even though I ordered Classic Buffalo and Mango Habenero, they decided to add in the hottest sauce on top of that which made the food inedible. Oh and they dumped sauce in the boxes which made them soggy and let food and sauce fall out into the plastic bag which ripped and leaked in my vehicle. This place should be shut down. Multiple employees told us the management was horrible and mean. I will never go to this place again, and I might just avoid BWW all together from now on, as they obviously don't care how their restaurants are run.

Well, at least the beer was cold at this restaurant. I dined with a group of people and was surprised that it wasn't busy, especially for a wing place. I ordered boneless wings with original Buffalo sauce, but they came dry and extremely spicy. My lips were still burning hours later. Unfortunately, my wife's order never arrived, so others in our group shared their food with her. Another person ordered a cheese quesadilla for her two boys, but the server made a mistake and had to reorder it. The dish was brought home for them to eat later. Overall, it was not a good experience. Upon further reflection, I realized that my wings had no sauce on them, but the tray they were served in had sauce on the waxed paper. I suspect that I may have gotten a used tray, which is concerning. I won't be returning to this restaurant.

The restaurant had ONE sever. She did a remarkable job for her part. We had late lunch, The chips Salsa were good, came out quickly then I had a COLD MINATURE Brisket Sandwich my wife had a Luke Warm chicken sandwich. Both were very mediocre. First, and Last trip since before pandemic.
