They are always understaffed and a... read more This is our local bar and I love the garden setting. However my partner refuses to go there any more as the service is awful. They are always understaffed and also seem to run out of many items on the wine and beer list frequently. Such a pity as it is one of Canberra's nicest bars.

Staff are friendly and attentive... read more Charming little courtyard bar set in the historic Gorman House. Great atmosphere, fun and delicious sharing plates and pizzas. Staff are friendly and attentive with a clear passion for making you feel welcome. There's draught beer cider, cocktails on tap and an extensive spirit offering and wine list. I cannot recommend this place enough, whether it's a date night or a large gathering you will not be disappointed with this place. It has so much character.

The bar provide... read more We had our work Christmas party at the Mint Bar. We had about 100 people, and it proved to be an excellent venue for people to relax and mingle. The bar provided a full range of options, and the wine list was very good. The excellent food was enjoyed by all, although there could have been slightly more food served.
