Went to m and s cafe to with a client had the turkey and veg soup with a bread roll the roll was so highly microwaved it was scorching hot had to tear it apart as was unable to cut with a knife it was so chewy it nearly pulled my teeth out so was unable to eat it the soup was very salty and veg nearly raw what little veg it had in it very minimal turkey also this is not the first bad meal iv had here ordered cake a f... My own and my big daughter went for a Bra ride. a dame called yvonne was absolutely amazing. has both sorted us with new bras and felt so good at me. was a very successful shopping trip thanks to yvonne
Very clean, super helpful and friendly staff are always enough cash and never long queues and very good quality products offered with many are the regale neat and the whole load is well organized with accurate trips and clear display and the load is well ventilated the easiest place to get their shopping in no time and without annoying
Great shopping experience in the food hall, eating is good staff are helpful, wide selection of clothes and household goods, caffe ambience is happy.
Customer friendly, baby friendly , elderly friendly what more can you ask for? The food is heaven though very expensive but quality.
Foodstall had different types of hot crucibs, I took a brombeer (reduced on half price). the wait was quite moderate in comparison to waitrose. the food store also offers a selection of wine and hot pastries
