Absolute rubbish. Had a flyer through the door. When I tried to make an order was told they didn't cover this area. Stick to Dominies this place is useless
I placed an order with Herbies today For £18.99. The food arrived in a good time and now I’ve eaten it it has been tasty. But all the way through the checkout it never mentioned any charge for delivery. When the driver turned up he tried to charge me £21.49 with the added charge of £2.50 on top of the order. It doesn’t say anywhere through the ordering system online but you’re going to be charged for delivery but that was the £2.50 charge on the email receipt but that’s after I’ve paid for it. I think this is absolutely Outrageous and deceitful. They are trying to pull the wool over the eyes of their customers and take money from them when they shouldn’t be doing so. The shop is 2.2 miles from my house so I don’t see how they can get away with charging for delivery anyway even if they had declared it. I ended up paying £20 in total because that’s all I had on me but I‘m annoyed about being over charged and lied to.
Called up to order some food and they answered with can I you call back in 10/15 minutes we are busy. I said can I just order some food and he said no. I replied I’m not trying again il just try another pizza company. He said ok and hung up. As regular customers with herbies I am extremely disappointed with the Rude customer service !
We don't order from anywhere else now for Pizza!! Herbies is the best by far, ALWAYS super quick, super hot and the food is so good. the problems I have had with other pizza companies is unreal. Have had no problems with Herbies, really are fantastic
