This is probably the best Sushi restaurant I have been to in Australia. The food is probably best described as fusion, but it was really delicious. The more adventurous can order less common dishes, such as Sea Urchin. Service was great and efficient. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sushi Train:
We only waited about 5 minutes for a fantastic table. We ordered a few dishes and waited around 10 to 15 minutes for them to arrive. Some plates came out on a train, but the selection was limited. We placed another order, which took about 20 minutes. It was a bit frustrating to see customers who arrived after us receive their food before us. It seems like orders placed on the train have priority over other customers... View all feedback.

My husband and I visited Sushi Train in Carseldine yesterday, it was delicious, plenty of variety, all very well presented, the staff were friendly and it was extremely busy. We will definitely be revisiting soon. Very cheap and delicious lunch.
Well received friendly and spotless location although more tables might be pleasant the staff and the food were excellent . No waiting and chef and waiting staff took orders pleasantly and food came very quickly. Tempura was ok noodles were excellent and miso soup good,Appeared to be a Japanese professional staff not Korean.Well worth visiting in what is an excellent shopping centre from the point of view if a Southerner.
Took my 4 Grandees to lunch after a movie outing. They love sushi and enjoy the variety of tastes. Always want to try something new as well. Staff were helpful and patient with the children. When I visit Brisbane Sushi Train lunch is always on the "to do" list.
We regularly get takeaway from this store. It is very busy but turnaround times are generally good. Apart from the odd off night over the past few years, the food is always fresh and of a high standard. We prefer takeaway over eating in here as it is usually packed out (which is testament to good food). The only complaint with this and I would presume all Sushi Train franchises have gone this way are the reduction in portion sizes of the meals. It's like McDonals cutting the size of a burger by a third, it just shouldn't be done. Would much prefer incremental price rises than the culling of portion sizes. The rewards program is also a plus of this place. It's simply based on a percentage of your spend which I believe is 10%. We always seem to be getting money off our total bill.
