Red Rooster - Bracken Ridge

We frequently visit this restaurant and the young manager is always full of energy and enthusiasm every time we go. He is very hands-on, working hard in every section of the store. The other staff members at this Red Rooster are also very friendly and enthusiastic, but the manager stands out for going above and beyond. The chicken is consistently fresh and hot. I highly recommend Red Rooster in Kallangur 100.

Not impressed with this restaurant at all! They always get my orders wrong and are constantly leaving out drinks or sides that should be with the meal. I have gotten undercooked chicken on more than one occasion, and for what they charge there is absolutely no excuse. I have tried ordering online & it was even more pathetic. Not only did it take over an hour to deliver it to my house, but half the order was missing and the food was ice cold. The mashed potatoes, well they should rename them by calling it gravy with a hint of potato. It's pathetic because I only live 5 minutes away from the store I ordered from. I don't have a car & being in a wheelchair my options are limited, I might overlook it if it was one or two times, but sadly it happens far too often. I found Coles to have better quality roasted chickens at a much more affordable rate!

We had to feed four adults with particular tastes and the staff took the time to calculate the cheapest way to accommodate our needs.

Excellent staff who are always friendly and efficient. They go out of their way. Great parking and nice open restaurant.

What I would expect from any Red Rooster branch - the food was tasty and good quality, and the customer service was perfect. We came in just as they were opening in the morning, and the service was speedy and the staff were excellent.
