Booked table for four for 6.00pm and was seated out in the colder area right next to the smoking zone door. Asked to be moved and told couldn't, even though plenty of vacant tables inside. Persuaded staff to move us and we're told we had...to vacate the table before 7.00pm for next booking. Had 50 minutes to order, receive our food and eat. Absolutely disgusting services. On a positive, good was nice.

Well what a disappointment. This time the food and service were not what we expected we were advised to order our entree seperate to avoid it coming out at the same time.wtf we did this only to find.guess what, yes our main meal came out...2 minutes after the entree. despite ordering seperately. then our meals were not what we expected, I we have ordererd Masssaman curry for over 20 years and this was a disgrace Massamn curry was more like stew and ther osso bucco where was the meat? will never dine here again

A lovely relaxing environment to enjoy an evening out. Staff are friendly and efficient. Drinks were great and the service from the bar was quick. The meals were absolutely delicious. Most of our party had steak and it tender, hot, full of flavour. All meals...on the table of 6 were excellent.

We went to this restaurant with our extended family, including children, for dinner. We made a reservation for Wednesday evening and it was a busy night. Ordering through the app was simple, with three different menus for Italian, Asian, and grilled dishes. The children's menu was typical. Our meals arrived quickly and tasted great, with no complaints. The service was friendly and the prices were reasonable. However, if children want to use the play area, they must be members and may have to wait for other children to join due to capacity limitations.

We were hesitant to dine at the restaurant in the area tonight, as our two visits in July 2022 were quite disappointing. After being contacted by someone with a review, we decided to give it another try in August 2022, but once again, we were let down. We reached out to the restaurant via email, but despite them recognizing our email and promising to get back to us, we have yet to hear back after three months. This time, I will be dining elsewhere.
