So its not rocket science that as a lifter i want to eat alot of protein. Last night i decided to source my protein from fish. I also had just finished running 24km as a warm up to my heavy bench press session (5 sets of 8 at 185kg) so I decided crumb fish and $5 worth of carb loading chips with chicken salt would be the way to go and i must say this place would have to be the 2nd best fish ive ever tasted (behind any fish i catch bare handed on the Brisbane river). I would highly recommend this place and if i am in the process of lifting heavy again (who am i kidding i always am) I will definitely think to come here again. Great vibe.

The price per person was between A$20 and A$40, which I found to be quite reasonable considering the quality of the food. Speaking of which, the food was absolutely delicious – I would give it a 5 out of 5 rating. The service was also top-notch, with attentive staff making sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, giving us a pleasant dining experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant for a lunch outing.
