Best macarons I've ever had hands down! Love this place. We drive over here every now and again as a treat and they never fail to be amazing! Looking forward to trying their new breakfast menu! Oh and their eclairs are also fabulous! View all feedback.
Absolutely lovely food, will come again, very authentic French
The most beautiful and the biggest macaroons! I love coming here, the staff were so lovely and helped me and my friend wrangle her pram under shelter when it started raining. Chai latte was yummy too, not all sugary and syrupy like some places. Everyone in Brisbane has to try these Macaroons, they are that good!
Marche Du Macaron is an absolute favorite of mine and my wife's. Anybody having read my past reviews will know that when we look for places to try and to dine, we have to find places to accommodate my wife's gluten intolerance. This usually equates to her being able to try a limited amount of menu options, or substitutions for items that are not GF. The amazing thing for us is that this isn't something she needs to think about at Marche Du Macaron as the whole menu is GF!We make the trip across the city from Ipswich at least once every couple of months with the sole intent of coming here. For people that have never tried or bought gluten free breads or flour I could understand why they are shocked at the price or think the baked goods don't taste right, but fact is Marche Du Macaron makes some of the best gluten free bread and pastry I have ever tasted, and the price they ask for their products is better than fair, considering the more inflated prices some competitors put on their lesser quality offerings. And that's not saying anything about the macarons either. They are absolutely prefectly cook, crisp on the outside, gooey on the inside, and the filling in between the biscuits is always just the right texture and softness, and exploding with flavour. The shop front is small, but I tend to believe that works to aide it's styling as a small french inspired cafe. The available seating is adequate and all under cover from weather. The available dog tie offs and water dishes are a welcome addition as well for times we decide to bring the four legged family member with us.With friendly and attentive staff and service, and the fact they offer an all inclusive service to a part of the community that normally has to tear a menu apart to find something they can eat, they will have return customers out of us for years to come.
We finally made it across the river and over to Marche du Macaron in Ashgrove their new outlet.Beautiful store spotlessly and I mean absolutely spotlessly clean. The outdoor seating is very French in style, simple and elegant.Parking on road and in the small car park. The entire premises is gluten free it's just heaven for coeliacs. I ate my first croissant in about 30 years and it was heaven! In fact all the savoury food was so good and so filling we couldn't fit in sweets. So we will be going back.Friendly welcoming staff all do proud of their Cafe even the chef came out to say hello.Di Bella coffee very good, all coffee requests happily provided.
Walked pass Marche one afternoon and decided to return the next day. It's a tiny little store, so cute. Tried the kiwi and bubblegum macaron. So good! I loved them. Crisp top shell and chewy center, just the way I like my macarons. Flavours wise was just as great, hints of kiwi and flavours of bubblegum which reminded me of my childhood. Would definitely return to try other flavours
