I really enjoy visiting Chatea. The food and drinks are high quality and the service is fantastic.

I would like to comment on the customer experience that we received.We did not feel welcomed by the manager in charge. It seemed like the manager had gone through a bad day and it has translated to the customer service given. Plus, he did not seem happy with our presence.Also, the store closes at 10pm according to google and we were invited to leave at 9.30pm. Maybe the closing time can be updated on Google too?

We did not feel welcomed at all the whole time we were here. The staff was shockingly rude, had the biggest frown and looked at us angrily, no smile, no simple hello or thanks, barely said any word to us, it was bizzare. From the moment we arrived to seating, ordering and just being there.We were a group of 12; 8 of us ordered drinks and the other 4 wanted waffles but were not available. Also, we were told the cafe was closed abruptly at 9.30pm, pretty much gestured us to leave immediately, when the advertised closing time was 10pm.Their tea was okay, not great and their customer service needs a MASSIVE improvement. The whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth.None of us was impressed with this cafe. We will not come back.

Never again.Will not recommend at all.The customer service was horrendous.
