no one ever answers the phone, the staff always outside on the phone, I'm called there from parking while the hired outside the phone was, something has to be done to this View all feedback.
I always experience quick service, and the restaurant is always clean. In my opinion, Papa John's has some of the best team members in most of their franchises.
I attempted to order a pizza three nights this week because I really wanted one. However, this place closes early every night. On Wednesday at 7:40 PM, the staff member was there but told me she hadn’t been taking orders as she was tired and was about to go home.
It was really good! They put an interesting twist on the dish I had never tried before, but it tasted fantastic.

It's really hard to order a pizza when the staff shuts off online ordering, and then refuses to answer the phone.
