Unfortunately,... read more In the past two weeks, we've had two orders that were supposed to be an 8-piece all-white chicken, complete with an upcharge for all white meat. Unfortunately, both times we only received 6 pieces of chicken, served in a large fries box instead of the usual small bucket. This meant a 20-minute drive back to the restaurant with now-cold chicken and fries just to get a refund. Regrettably, nobody at the restaurant or even KFC customer service seems to care; I haven't received a response to two polite emails outlining these recent issues. Instead of allowing this location to tarnish the KFC brand, the company should seriously consider shutting it down, just as they did in Gravenhurst. This place feels like a masterclass in how to lose a loyal customer.
