This fact is emphasized and becomes even more significant when you meet staff like those employed at Dentella. I use staff generically because I wasn 't sure who owned it, but everyone who worked there fully met all the characteristics a restaurant worker should possess: kindness, promptness, problem-solving skills, and friendliness. And let 's not even talk about the food; every single dish I was lucky enough to try was exceptional. It showed dedication and passion. Not least the desserts, each one better than the last. A wonderful experience that I immediately repeated and will repeat again when I 'm back in the area. Congratulations!
