Qdoba Mexican Eats - Bozeman

Bad vibes at Qdoba today I would never complain about the food endless I got a hair in it. unfortunately today when I went in for my normal Qdoba adventure ordering a taco shell bowl with my partner ordering the a different thing. there taco salad I know where the miscommunication went wrong with her saying taco bowl wich should at least come with the shell which she did not get.I wanted my usual sauce indever and was told I could only get three. My usual sauce endeavor is all the sauce which if you have not tried I recommend with every bite being a different experience. Love the food not very good service today.

Stood in line for over 5 minutes. Not 1 of the 5 people said anything or looked at me. I was the only one in the line. They were busy making to-go orders, which is fine but at least look at the customer and say it’s going to be a minute.

This location is usually very consistent for great service but my most recent I experienced poor service. The signage is a little confusing so after standing in the wrong spot for a couple minutes and employees all looking at me funny, I asked the one standing two feet in front of me if I should get in a different line. This employees let out a huge sigh and explained how they had to finish with their current customer before she could “acknowledge I existed”. Lots of other restaurants to go to where people don’t have to feel like garbage.

One of the Mexican food i ever had. Awesome cleanliness and amazing crew that works here. All the guys were really nice. Wonderful food on top.

Great customer service and great food, very speedy with making the food as well.
