The line is always really long, and the staff is not overly friendly, but they get the job done and the food is very good.

Showed up behind a massive line at 9:35 (25 minutes before close), and despite the massive line and the fact they weren’t anywhere near closing had closed the grill. If no one had been there I could understand, but when you have clear demand, closing down is not only lazy, but bad business

The food is consistently excellent, and the service is outstanding. The happy staff shows that they genuinely care about their customers.

The food was prepared exactly as I requested. The blizzard was excellent, and the meal was served hot. There is some construction happening at the main entrance, which makes entering and exiting a bit more challenging, but that’s not their fault. Just be prepared for a slight delay if you visit around lunchtime. [10/2020]
