I received someone else's order when I placed a pickup. I reached out to support about the mix-up twice but haven't heard back yet. Update: I was eventually contacted, and the issue has been resolved. View all feedback.
What Preston Jaskolski doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
I love Chipotle but this is the worst chiptole Ive ever been to. They’re out of everything, bad portions and it’s dirty. Their chicken and steak tastes nothing like any other Chiptole that you would normally taste. Also found some surprises in my queso. View all feedback.

I am from AZ and have experienced a regular on time not lazy staff which should be expected at a fast casual restaurant. This is the worst establishment I have been to in Montana. I tried ordering chipotle on 3 separate occasions all times saying they didn’t offer it at this time when google stated they were open. I have tried visiting the establishment twice when they said they were opened at 10:30 then get faced with a piece of paper saying they will open at 3 not on a holiday? I am convinced management is run by a child or is a drunk who decides to open when he’s not hungover. This is more of a food truck that has a 20% chance of being open than a restaurant. I recommend going to nearby establishment like Panda Express that has always been my backup when chipotle constantly lets me down.
I never give bad reviews, but almost feel obligated to in this case, both to warn people away, and to preserve Chipotle’s good name. (Chipotle restaurants everywhere else I’ve ever been to are great! We have given this Chipotle two tries, ordering online both times. We also tried to go in person several times, but gave up on that, because every time we went, even during normal business hours when it said online they were open, they were in fact closed. Never again, online or in person, unless we see a change in their recent reviews. Both times we got food for delivery, there was a truly bizarre, insultingly small amount of food, with multiple orders missing, and also multiple items missing from the orders that were fulfilled. For example, once they were out of tortillas among other items, didn’t tell us at any point ahead of time, so one “burrito” was just a pile of plain meat with some cheese sprinkled on top no lettuce, no salsa, no sour cream, nothing else! We were reimbursed for the completely missing items (only after I contacted Uber eats , but not for the completely inadequately filled orders. When you expect to order out, wait excitedly for your food, and that’s what you receive when you have 4 hungry kids 2 parents to feed… just wow. The only advantage of ordering from this particular Chipotle is that it’s such a joke, you get to feel like you are part of a hidden camera show. It’s especially sad for our family because Chipotle is usually our favorite fast food restaurant, everywhere else it has fresh ingredients, veggies the kids will eat (and rice beans are a whole protein for them , and all for a reasonable price. We were pretty regular customers back when we lived in Billings.
Ordered online. Not only did they not have it ready by the promised time, they had to spend several minutes looking it up in the register. Then the employee who was told to make it decided to instead help the young woman who had just come in, flirting with her while I stood there waiting. After someone else then made my order, they handed it to me without my chips, not even mentioning them until I asked. Apparently they 're out and it 's too hard to update the online ordering to show that. I wouldn 't have ordered what I did if I 'd known there were no chips. They offered to take down my name and number to get me a refund, and gave me a free soda for my trouble, which was nice (though they didn 't have a bottle opener for it in the store!? . I left relatively happy, but then got checked into my hotel for the night and opened my food only to find nothing but chicken and cheese. No rice, no salsa, no sour cream, nothing else I 'd ordered. If the store is out of those things, at least tell your customers! Also, this was 50 minutes before closing and employees had already put chairs up on tables, etc.
I try to give the food service workers the advantage when the things are not exceptional, but this chipotle has a clear pattern of subpar service and a clear lack of management. the portions we have received each time when we have eaten here were good wimpy; I paid $10 for the half-full bowl attached in the photos. the personal could not be disturbed to help the line that flowed out of the door and were more interested in doing prep work while the hits at the bar were full. I hate that this is the only chipotle in the city because it is regularly disappointing. avoid going to all costs.
