I love Chipotle but this is the worst chiptole Ive ever been to. They?re out of everything, bad portions and it?s dirty. Their chicken and steak tastes nothing like any other Chiptole that you would normally taste. Also found some surprises in my queso.
Attention parents with little ones in diapers!! This is not the place to stop in for lunch and expect the ability to change a diaper. The restrooms do not have any diaper changing stations. Other than this inconvenience, the dining area tables were adisaster and needed to be wiped down. It was a mess. I?m hoping it?s not always like this. Owners: there?s plenty of wall spaceto add a diaper changing station. Please make it happen.
I paid 30$ tonight for no chips, guacamole that was disgustingly brown, and forgotten ingredients in both of the items that we got. Normally this chipotle is pretty good, but I?ve honestly gotten something different every time I?ve gone here. I had to useold guacamole I had at home for my bowl because the stuff I received was inedible. ????????
Came here to leave a detailed one star review but you guys did it for me. I?m gonna do it anyways. Place is impressively terrible. They really did me dirty tonight missing ingredients 75% rice in 50% of the size a burrito should?ve been. Steak wasso bad. It?s unreal. I really mean impressive. You have to try to be this awful. And it?s everything the supply (or lack) ofingredients, the terrible portions, the spontaneous hours, the (I?m sorry I always stick up for fellow service workers but no)incompetent employees, the only online ordering, the off recipes the list goes on. I?ve sworn time and time again I?m nevercoming back to this location but sometimes you just need a chipotle burrito. Always a poor choice. I?ve been to the Billings onea few times since covid hit and it was great every time so it?s not a supply chain or Montana thing?
I ordered online and was disappointed to find that my food wasn't ready at the promised time. The staff took several minutes to locate my order in the system. While I was waiting, the employee assigned to make my order chose to assist a customer who had just arrived and even flirted with her. Eventually, someone else prepared my meal, but when it was handed to me, my chips were missing. I had to ask about them, only to learn they were out of stock and had not updated the online ordering system. Had I known this, I wouldn’t have ordered as I did. They offered to take my name and number for a refund and gave me a free soda for the inconvenience, which was a nice gesture, although they didn’t have a bottle opener available in the store. I left feeling somewhat satisfied, but upon checking into my hotel and opening my food, I found only chicken and cheese—no rice, no salsa, and no sour cream, none of the items I had ordered. If the restaurant is out of ingredients, they should inform their customers. Additionally, this was around 50 minutes before closing, and the staff had already started putting chairs up on tables.
