The truck is set up in Three Forks, and hopefully it'll stay. The prices are a little high, but it is well worth it. We had the jerked chicken sandwich and a pulled pork sandwich, and both were fantastic. We both chose the same side... coleslaw. It was the best I've had in as long as I can remember. Blue Smoke did an outstanding job for our rehearsal dinner. The owners were fantastic and provided invaluable assistance during the planning process. The food was excellent, and the staff were top-notch. I can't recommend them highly enough as a caterer. Be sure to check out their food truck in Three Forks as well!

Blue Smoke catered our daughter's wedding last weekend, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park! The food was incredible, and their staff was fantastic. Planning a wedding during COVID brought some unique challenges, but they were wonderful to work with. If you're in search of excellent BBQ, definitely give them a try! You won't be disappointed!
The food is absolutely delicious! My favorite dish is the tacos, and I love pairing them with the beans on the side.
Blue Smoke BBQ catered our wedding, and we received nothing but praise for both the service and the delicious food. Justin and his team made our day completely stress-free. The brisket, chicken, and smoked Portobello were outstanding main dishes, and the sides were equally impressive. The appetizers had all our guests chatting during the cocktail hour. We can't recommend Blue Smoke BBQ highly enough!
