I usually love to get their 6 pc wing w/fries and sauce, but my last visit Sunday was terrible! The wings had hot sauce, I ordered mild. My fries were burnt to a crisp, I couldn't even eat them and I got no blue cheese sauce. I don't know if it was they were just to busy or what! Their fries are more like potatoes w/the skin and soft. I hope they make it up the next time I go there.. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wingstop:
Don't stop at this Wingstop. 45 minutes minimum for order completion. I walked out last night after staff just walked away not wanting to even take my order. After telling me she had been working ten hours, the young lady who eventually agreed to take my order told me my 50 wings would take an hour or more. That probably meant 90 minutes to two hours. Love the food but that was my last visit. View all feedback.
The restaurant seems to be understaffed, likely due to low wages, as the staff frequently makes mistakes with orders.
I ordered online and arrived at the store to find it locked with no employees present. After waiting for 20 minutes, all four staff members finally showed up with food, laughing and chatting amongst themselves. They completely ignored the line of customers waiting for service. I called the district manager, who apologized and addressed the situation, but I was still frustrated by having to wait over an hour for my order and not receiving any acknowledgment from the staff. Customer service is clearly lacking at this location!
The fries were served cold and soggy, and the chicken tenders were also cold in the center, indicating improper cooking. It seemed like the restaurant was poorly managed, possibly by untrained staff. Although it's just this particular location, the experience has been consistently disappointing.
To make matters worse, whenever I attempted to speak with a staff member to understand the delay, no one made any effort to engage with me or the other customers waiting. They simply glanced at our orders, shrugged their shoulders, and went back to looking busy without actually doing anything. When I finally received my food, I was more annoyed than satisfied. The wings were lukewarm and barely coated with sauce—after two hours, I expected something far better. Honestly, I felt like I could have raised a chicken and turned it into wings in the time I spent waiting. I wanted to bring my experience to the manager's attention, so I sent an email using one of the business cards I collected at the restaurant. Unsurprisingly, I never received a response, which only highlights that no one here seems to care at all. At this point, I hope this place goes out of business so we can replace it with a decent restaurant in that space.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant, and I won’t be returning. I ordered online at 5 PM for a 6:30 PM pickup, but when I arrived, I ended up waiting another 45 minutes for my food. The staff seemed completely incompetent. Once I got home, the food was disappointing, and they forgot to include the two dressings I paid for. I spent those 45 minutes watching a group of young workers cook without any leadership, goofing off instead of focusing on their tasks. I will never eat at Wingstop again.
