Terrible location lazy and respectful, I will like to drive to another place before they do with them, they lost me as a customer, the girl with the burnt arm is unrespectful and unprofessional, you can before, but it is a waste of time because they are never ready, even if you are 20 minutes ahead. I'd rather get out of my way and go further than deal with them. View all feedback.
I absolutely love the Chai Banana with Peanut Butter smoothie! I visit this place frequently and almost always order the same thing.
Awful location with lazy and disrespectful staff. I would rather drive to another place than deal with them again; they've lost me as a customer. The girl with the burnt arm is rude and unprofessional. You can try to get there early, but it's a waste of time because they're never prepared, even if you arrive 20 minutes in advance. I'd much rather go out of my way and travel farther than put up with their service.
This restaurant is not worth your time. The service is poor, and I often find myself driving much farther to go to another place just to avoid the long wait and receive much better service. I do not recommend it.
I really enjoy Tropical Smoothie; their food and smoothies are fantastic! However, the customer service at this location is very disappointing. Instead of informing us that our order was missing, we had to bring it to their attention ourselves. When we decided to switch to chips, they made the process unnecessarily difficult for us. It’s just basic courtesy. My husband received the wrong salad dressing, and my smoothie was bland, watery, and tasted like old ice from the freezer. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location and would recommend going to the Delray site instead.
In ordered 4 combo smoothes came out, but foods had to wait for 45min, they are not organized, they take orders from going intos and more and more confused.... they need better management. Other customers are waiting for me and where false orders are given. And the online orders come again and again and add to confusion and mistakes.
