What User doesn't like about Ihop:
I have had two disappointing breakfast experiences at this restaurant. Both times, I placed a simple order over the phone and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. However, I ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes each time. This has happened twice in the last month. Caleb was really sweet on the phone and personally. he was very polite and patient. when I arrived, my order was finished and caleb ensured that everything went smoothly during the check-out process, thanks for their customer service
Worst breakfast meal I've ever had in a restaurant. The scrambled eggs were clearly reheated from hours prior because I've never had scrambled eggs that dry and crusty. The hash browns were slightly better than McDonalds and not just overly cooked, burned to a crisp. I understand why there are so many one star reviews
Great service by our waiter, she was friendly and helpful. And the food was delicious!
Smiling staff greeted us as we arrived. Service was timely. I had French toast. It was very good. My guest had the full breakfast. She enjoyed every bite. The whole visit was pleasant.
Walked in and wasn’t greeted for 10 mins. Then was told it was going to be a 40 min wait only one cook and server. So we went to find something for our children to eat somewhere else. And they really wanted the minion breakfast. Next time we will only eat here when the young lady is the server.
