Contribute Feedback What Vicente Bruen doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
This was the dirtiest Chipotle I've ever visited. There were ants and flies everywhere. The food presentation was also terrible. When we asked for extra dressing because the one we received was less than half full, they wanted to charge us $1.25 for it. The staff didn't impress me either; the guy in the back was on his phone while burning the food. I definitely won't be coming back! View all feedback.
Gave this location several times a chance. They messed up my online order so many times. Now I walked in tonight, all the employees were cursing at each other. Kitchen and stove and counters were dirty. Employee had an AirPod in their ear. These employees are lazy and not even caring at all. The manager needs to fire all the employees and hire new ones. Change up this location. This used to be the best location . Now it is not.
This chipotle has the absolute worst customer service. It’s very clear that the employees only work to collect a paycheck. Employees argue with each other in front of customers, there is no sense of urgency when it comes to preparing customers food and with an hour left before close time they decide not to take any walk ins and only online orders, if that’s protocol maybe post it somewhere on your website to avoid customers driving there only to be turned around, this location also need to do a better job restocking items because it’s like they never have anything.
This is THE worst location I have ever been to. First of all, their employee Ebonee is extremely rude and disrespectful to customers. I actually saw her yell at the customers the last time I went there. The serving sizes are inconsistent, the rice is always undercooked, and they're always out of dressings, guacamole, or even their undercooked white rice goes out of stock. How the eff is this location even still open?
Edit: I added a star because Corporate Chipotle apologized and gave me a free escape. Thank you. Original: It is so disappointing because every time I think this chipotle begins to get it together, it leaves so much to wish. I want to love this place because it is literally walking from my house, but every time I go, there is a problem. This past time I put into an online order and when I arrived, it never went through. I fully understand that this is a great inconvenience for customers and employees and it is not their fault. However, the staff had no patience for my enquiries and would not even interfere if I asked if my food was almost ready. It took 30 minutes to realize that the order had not passed and that I had to give them my order so that they could make it. No excuse. Not even a word that is spoken to me. I asked when I finally got my bowl (that I and my 9 month old son would have waited very patiently for it) if I could get a page of Guacamole for waiting so long. No word again, but the Guac appeared. When I finally got my bag after an hour after the order, I didn't talk to me again. I am more than willing to be understanding and apologist When the problem was at my end, but the service here is only such a lack and such a shame. The food quality was quite good, but the portions were super small with about one tablespoon of cheese and acid cream. Why am I still spending $15 here? I think I'm done.
It's 2:00 EST? I made an order by DoorDash. I go to the Chipotle (1780 Congress Ave #100, Boynton Beach, Fl) and they don't have my order I have? waited for 20 minutes (from my lunchtime) to confirm that the order was correct over my entrance and they tell me that I have to go on the back of the line when I was in the store before all those who were there. These were 2 sets of customers who came and went. I have this on Cameron who had no sense of murdering 2x, and he treated me as if I'd be asking for food. I understand that mistakes happen? It wasn't the mistake I was treated. I wasn't upset. He didn't even imagine me. It was how she publicly treated me when I was his client who didn't make the mistake, but the one who got the setback. Customer service is very important. The customer is definitely NOT always right, but as Cameron treated me was wrong. Hopefully, he can help superior Cameron improve. This Cameron customer service is definitely an area of opportunity. I'm sorry for Typos and bad grammar my lunch time is over now. -Pearl the lady with the entrance and the, the understanding of the mistake
