What Eric Gruenwald doesn't like about 7-eleven:
I'm a loyal 7-Eleven customer, but this particular location has really disappointed me. The coffee is terrible—more like sludge than anything else—and they claim to have just brewed it at 1 PM. However, between 1 PM and 2 PM, there's no food available at all, whether it’s small tacos, chicken wings, or anything else, which is unacceptable during peak lunchtime. Staff member that works at night charges people’s cards and then tells them it didn’t go through so I had to pay with cash and I’m now filing fraud on my card because he would not return the money that was taken and I have watched him do it to multiple different people and he had the audacity to ask me if I was born in the u.s.a and was being extremely rude when I ask for the managements number so I could contact them will never come here again
Went to get a coffee around 5:30 a.m. When I got in the store the two Haitian employees were yelling at each other in a foreign language the entire time I was there. I left went to Speedway.Ridiculous!

As I walked in to get a Hotdog, I notice that is kind of busy and only one cashier. After I waited for couple minutes, I decided to voiced I need a Hotdog please in case someone else is in the back and comes to help. Then, a voice coming from the front of the refrigerators, very faintly says, who said that. I didn 't quite heard what she said but quickly realized when she approached to the cashier and repeats the question and I replied, I did. Next, instead of helping she said, he will get to you when he is done with what his doing. After, few word she identified herself as the store manager and I took my business somewhere else. The situation didn 't need to escalated to that point, all she needed to say was that some will get me as soon as possible. That way I would know the other person in the store was also busy.
