Varied menu with decent food. Waitstaff was friendly. The remodel looks very nice though the dining room seems it could get crowded/loud if it was full.

We were finally able to try Barrel and Ale for dinner, with COVID still in the photograph we decided to get take out. Tonight we ordered the loaded potato skins for an appetizer. They had a great crisp to the top and plenty of cheese and bacon! Then for our meals we ordered the build a burger with cheese bacon and fries, and the everyday sirloin special (6oz sirloin, a side salad, a baked potato, and season veggies for 12.99!!! The fries were outstanding with a great crunchy outside, but soft inside. The steak was cooked medium well, and super juicy and tender, and the season veggies were a great compliment to the steak. Can?t wait for our next visit!

I absolutely loved my meal! I ordered the pulled pork sandwich, and it was incredible. The chips were not your typical chips; they were even better—like potato wedge swirls with fantastic seasoning! The onion rings were perfectly cooked and delicious. The chicken parmesan was huge too, though I felt it could use a bit more garlic. But then again, I really love garlic—enough to scare off an Italian!

Really slow kitchen service, like stupid slow. Food quality was ok, prep and service ok. Overall for the price and food quality, I?d pass. I don?t mind wasting money but I?d like something of value in return. There were extra charges everywhere, for everything. Each to his or her own, hope I?m wrong and this place flourishes. Don?t see it happening though.

Our waitress was great. Food is mediocre.. the Buffalo cauliflower bites were soggy. Pretzel bites were greasy. Order the brisket special, very dry and fatty. The sirloin was decent but the broccoli had a very nasty taste to it. For being slow on aFriday it should maybe be a sign.
