It seems like there is new management or something similar because a couple of years ago, the experience was not great. Kudos on the improvements! As for parking, there's plenty of space available.

They seemed focused solely on fulfilling that order before attending to anyone else, while the drive-thru was still taking orders. If this is how you maintain good customer service ratings, then you’re doing it wrong. If I were a secret shopper, you would have definitely failed, Sara! It’s a disappointing reason not to assist a paying customer.
