I ordered through Uber eats.. however I check my back and I'm missing a brownie from my order. I call them and they ask for my name and talks to a lady whosays she remembers putting it in my bag and maybe my driver got hungry and ate it.. really?? My bag was completely sealed.. andmy delievey driver was a sweet old man who has never had not one bad review on his profile... so please tell me out of the 2fries, wings, fried corn and a brownie, why was the brownie the only thing he supposedly stole?? And why would he never do thisto anyone else and just wait for my order to do it? Then the guy on the phone said I could call back tomorrow and talk to the GMabout it but there was nothing he could do.. really I need to talk to a GM for a brownie???? Just ridiculous!

Tonight, after making an online order for the family, the delivery driver only dropped off the sides and drinks. None of the , you know, WINGS were included. A call to the store led to themblaming a faceless door dash driver rather than owning the mistake and making it right. I will no longer recommend thisrestaurant to friends or family. I used the App because I do not like Door Dash or any of the food delivery services. Thewebsite made it appear that they handled their deliveries such as, say, Domino's. We have had mistakes in our orders often, butit has always been a flavor error, not the complete absence of ordered food. I would only recommend this address if you eithereat there (they have very little seating room in their store) or opening up every bag and container to ensure they followed theorder correctly. At this point, I'd suggest using Zaxby's in Bowling Green. They have more reasonable prices and, in myexperience, rarely screw up the order. Wingstop or any restaurant for that matter should fix the problems on the spot and THEY,not the customer, should deal with faceless delivery drivers.

On four occasions they put no seasoning on my extra seasoning fries. Accidents happen but I just wanted a replacement. In addition to my friesjust being refried seasoning, there were rude remarks and snickering from the exact employees mentioned by a review below.Another customer received the same extremely unsatisfactory experience in the same moment. Long overdue for retraining orreplacement in customer service. Not to mention the roach infestation.
