Wendy's - Bowling Green

I visited the drive-thru last night at 9:33 PM to order food. Since my friend took a few minutes to decide what she wanted, the girl taking our order rudely asked if we were going to order everything or what, stating that they would be closing soon. Due to this unnecessary delay, we ended up taking our business to Wendy's on the 31W bypass instead.

I really love Wendy's burgers and fries; they're always hot and delicious. I also tried the apple-pecan salad, and it was refreshing and spot-on. The staff was friendly, and I didn't have to wait long in the drive-thru.

The lobby has been closed for a year. Each time I visit, I encounter delays due to minor personal issues. It seems that the owners are doing quite well financially while trying to hire staff for wages as low as $9 to $10 per hour.

They do not offer ranch sauce anymore, which my wife prefers, otherwise would rank higher. the restriction of customer options is only good for the business, not for the customer.

The staff were very rude to us when I asked to do a second order. The fries taste like paper. Did not even fill our drink all of the way either and forgot the straws. Not a good look for Wendys.
