Uraku Japanese - Bowling Green

Pros: I absolutely LOVE the food. They have a very extensive sushi menu. The chef is very accommodating to vegans. Cons: The prices seem a little high to me. The hours are weird. It seems like they’re closed whenever I go there, even during their posted hours. I’ve been there probably 6-7 times in my life and, 3 of those times, I drove all the way out there only to discover that they were closed for one reason or another. That’s super frustrating. But, if you can get there when they’re actually open, definitely eat there. Its amazing!!! I highly recommend the teriyaki stir fried udon. The fried rice is excellent also. My husband loves the pad thai. I can’t say much about the quality of the sushi because I only had it once and it was a few years ago. The deluxe rolls are pricey.

That was the fastest service I ever had. It took ten minutes until my food came out as soon as I had made my order; it came out, sizzling and smells fantastic. The waitress who treated my table has thoroughly checked how the food was when I had to drink more, etc. The Bimimbop itself was fantastic and it paired beautifully with the spicy Korean sauce. I was surprised that the salmon tasted fresh and it was cooked well, while I didn't expect bad salmon, I didn't expect a fresh salmon. This is a great place to go if you want sushi or want to try Japanese and Korean food!

My girlfriend and I went tonight and everything was absolutely amazing! We felt bad at 7:30, but the staff was very generous and said it wasn't a problem. the owner/cook continued and checked us from behind to make sure we are comfortable and enjoying us. He was very kind. I had the Camikaze Roll Sushi and my girlfriend had the chicken Yuki, both were perfect. I thought ten reels weren't enough, but I'm very full after eating my sushi, so I'm happy corrected. The only proposal I would make is not to change anything because it was absolutely perfect! If I could give a 6/5 rating, I would definitely. We'll be back soon!

Fantastic food! I tried the super deluxe crunch roll, and it was enormous—about the size of my forearm! It could definitely serve two people on its own. My husband, who usually isn't a sushi fan, opted for the cattle yaki noodles. He requested a strong teriyaki flavor, and it did not disappoint. He really enjoyed it and said he would order it again. We'll definitely be returning!

My fiancé and I visit this restaurant at least once a month, and it’s always a great experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, and they make sure to check in with every table to ensure that guests enjoy their meal. I highly recommend this place to any sushi enthusiasts!
