The 30 Bird restaurant is fantastic in every way. The staff is friendly and attentive, the food is delicious and has helped me maintain a healthy diet. The bowls are a great pick-me-up and everything is fresh. The quality of the food at 30 Bird has consistently been top-notch. I highly recommend this hidden gem in Bowling Green.

This restaurant is adorable and offers healthy options. After leaving college feeling famished, we stumbled upon this place and it was a lifesaver. We sampled a variety of dishes and everything was delicious! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

I've had 2 smoothie bowls both delicious. Omg and their cinnamon muffins! They have zucchini in them and are made with almond flour. I've NEVER had anything made with almond flour that tastes so good. Prices are high, but with the increase in everything, it's reasonable. I plan of buying more meals for home. I would like to see them branch out and have a restaurant that serves sit down meals! This place is a must if your looking for healthy food that's tastes great.

Açaí in açaí bowl is not sweetened (or doesn't taste sweetened), just a heads up. Granola did not taste sweet either and the nuts in it had gone bad. The whole thing was bitter. Cute shop though. Lots of well labeled pre prepared foods.
