Located in a food court with other options, they appeared quite idle. I ordered the Frisco n Fries which comes on sourdough bread and I added onions. This sandwich was amazing. Cashier was very nice and service was prompt. #261 View all feedback.
What Tony doesn't like about Steak 'n Shake:
They can't touch the burgers on the Scottsville road they just taste like grease but the hot dogs are good but a little greasy and the shakes are good also. I don't know what they do to make them burgers taste greasy but yuck. View all feedback.

The food is decent. The shakes are tasty, but somewhat expensive. I also find it tends to be a bit too crowded for my liking.
The experience at this restaurant really depends on the time of day you choose to visit. If you're going for lunch or dinner, don't expect a clean atmosphere. The quality of the waiting staff is inconsistent; you never know who will be taking your order. There is a significant issue with staffing overall, as well as with the cooks, which falls short compared to other top-tier Steak ‘N Shake locations. They need to put in more effort and be more friendly towards customers.
They will most likely miss up your drive thru order. Check BEFORE driving away!
