Kfc - Bowling Green

I'm from Kentucky, I love KFC. I tried the new Spicy Chicken Sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. It seemed like there was a little confusion about the role of everyone who worked. There were people in this way and that, and there seemed something unoriented.

It should only grab and run KFC. We came 8:30, and the store was closed, just going through. So we joined the line... maybe 6 cars in front of us and it was over 1/2 hour before we got our order and drove away. We think we counted 3 employees, and they all seemed to do something, but it was really right. I feel for the few people who want to work and take over the task of VS, what seems to be so many employees, just don't get back to work? Our food order was accurate, utensils, spices, etc. as desired. I hope to change quickly because customers will only tolerate inefficiency for so long.

Bad service and food last night. Sa in drive thru forever. To supplement injuries, they said they were out of legs, so we had to eat 2 thighs and wings... There are two thighs and one leg. Young and immature girl on the window. Dude in there with his hair in a crazy and immaculate man rolls not covered. He scratched his nose and his face and then put on gloves and went back to the front tab. The guy who set up our orders, but his employee... lazy!

Pieces of chicken were really small and greasy. Window person looked really uninterested in going the job. Would not recommend.

We ordered 3 chicken sandwiches. Nothing else. We waited a long time at the drive thru. I thought it was because the person in front had a big order. It was a bigger order but we ended up waiting when we got to the window also. The dining room wasn't even open. I dont understand why this is happening.
